When sending your toy to us for restoration we recommend the following:  

• Pack securely with bubble wrap.
• Ship with a carrier of your choice (insure if you prefer).
• Enclose a description of restoration work that you want performed.
• Include your address, phone number, and email address.
• A deposit may be required

In some cases it may be possible to provide a cost estimate without seeing the toy.

When the restoration work is completed we will contact you with the total restoration cost incuding shipping and recommended insurance.
